Telephone Orders
We do accept telephone orders for any of our fabrics so if you are looking for a particular fabric please contact us we may have it or may be able to offer something similar, all at our incredibly low prices.
As our customers travel from all over the country to the warehouse often they take samples away to consider at home and then place their order via telephone at a later date.
We accept all major debit/credit cards by telephone (with the exception of American Express) and once payment has been made, fabric is generally received either next day or the day after depending on the time of the transaction.
Delivery
For all UK mainland items under 2kgs we use Royal Mail First Class services, orders over 2kgs we use UPS. Please see table below for an estimate of delivery charges for your order.

As you can see from the table above we do deliver worldwide (with the exception of Russia) but we prefer to quote delivery charges for this service when an enquiry is received. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about an international delivery.
We find this system works better as delivery cost is very much weight and geographical location specific and as we make no money from postage, this allows us to offer you the best price.
International Customers
Please note, if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
