Delivery Charges
A delivery charge may be applicable to any telephone orders, this depends on the approximate total order weight and your location. Please see our order and delivery page for full details.
International customers
We welcome trade and sales enquiries from overseas. We currently export to New Zealand and Korea and have sold fabrics all over the world! Please contact us.
Returning an unwanted item
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the fabric has not been cut or processed in any way and it is still in its original packaging.
For returns authorisation simply contact us on 01548 288300 or by e-mail using the e-mail contact form on the Contact Us page. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the returned item/s and checked that they are in original condition. Please note the following two points:
Unwanted Item
For an unwanted item postage and packaging is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchasers expense. If the item is to be replaced by a different item this will incur a delivery charge.
Faulty/Defective item
In the very unlikely event that an item is returned because it is faulty or defective we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. Please check before returning any goods, as we can only refund the basic postage charge.
Please note that we reserve the right to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse.

We trade in accordance with the laws and statutes in force in the United Kingdom and adhere to all current applicable legislation.
